MED Library Blog

  Hi!  I’m the librarian at MED Elementary School.  I am looking forward to sharing about books and information on this blog.  I live in Altamont, which is on the other side of Albany:  almost an hour’s drive from Chatham!  Altamont is similar to Chatham:  it is a small town with a Main Street, a train that runs through it (though not as regularly) and some nice farms and hills nearby.  Before I became a librarian, I was a teacher for many years.  My favorite grade was third grade, but I also loved kindergarten and fourth grades.  I have 2 grown daughters, and I live with my husband and an old dog named Lincoln.  I’ve always loved to read, and one of my favorite books is The Wolves of Willoughby Chase.
